Program Intro
The Entrepreneurial Mentorship Program (EMP) connects you with start-up companies. Through this 2 to 3-month program, you will not only receive personal coaching from the CEO/founder/manager to develop a deep understanding of the company, but will also have a chance to launch a personal project from zero to one.

Q1：為什麼是新創公司？
A：新創公司通常具備巨大成長潛力、高度的不確定性，但同時也充滿各種可能性與挑戰；與一般的「創業」不同，新創公司更側重於利用新興技術、改變現有商業模式或提供嶄新服務。
Q2：在大學時參與實習有什麼好處？
A: 體驗並釐清未來的職涯方向，深入專業、了解自己的不足並透過實習累積的工作經驗與職場人脈。
Q3：這個計劃跟我自己找實習有什麼差別？
A: 自己尋找工作，有可能只會參與到粗淺的打雜，而與我們合作的公司，工作期間將由公司專人進行指導，參與公司正在進行的項目，能讓學生系統性地學習職場技能。
Q4：大學生實習計劃適合誰？
A: 想要真正理解行業運作，並累積專業經驗，對新創公司文化有興趣，且喜歡彈性、創新、快速成長工作環境的大學生。
Q5：大學實習如何幫助履歷？
A：在大學生涯累積工作實習經驗，提早熟悉公司運作、工作流程，縮短適應期，可以在研究所或就業申請中脫穎而出。
Q6：實習時間多久？
A：總共會有8~12週(至少兩個月)的實習，依照實習的情況而定。
Q7：一定要進公司實習嗎？
A：可以在面試的時候就跟公司討論要用什麼方式，WFH(遠距工作)也是可以的哦。
